Title: integrality

About Me:

First, please understand that this is a “virtual” entity and not a singular personality. This particular online presence is non-emotional and non-reactive, and, the thoughts and ideas presented by this entity are subject to change or adjustment at any moment. The views and ideas expressed herein should NOT be claimed to be the work of any single individual person but rather inspirations for further dialogue.

While some people experience this entity as a divinely genius wizard and some as a wise ass punk or jerk it is the transcendent evolution of your own being that is important here and now. Either way it is “you” (the reader of this text) whom will have your own experience(s). You can choose to learn from this entity, you can choose to teach this entity, you can choose to be in objective dialogue with this entity, and, you can choose to ignore this entity. As a wise man once said, “Walk WITH me, lead me, follow me, or just get the hell out of my way.”

I tend to think a lot about a lot of things and I express myself to the best of my ability. I am willing to confront any area of my own darkness to enlighten myself as to new possibilities. I appreciate the languaging of Spirial Dynamics and Integral Theory as a means of expanding the vocabulary of conscious awareness. While I do not use the terminology of non-violent communication I appreciate and attempt to practice the concept. By understanding that everyone has their own personal inner experiences and challenges I am able to be patient and compassionate with their process as we all attempt to integrate our collective awareness.

Did you feel hurt by what he said? Probably.
Was it his ‘fault’ that you were hurt? No.
Was he the ‘cause’ of your hurt? No.
He simply ‘reminded’ you of your ‘pre-existing’ sensitivity.
Be thankful for people like him.
The reason for the hurt was the ‘pre-existence’ of physical tension.
Breath or oxygen can release the physical tension
which results from friction against nerve endings.
The deeper the breath, the better the outcome or result.
Breathe deeply often…
